Ah, I clung to this verse, too, when we were in the midst of a particularly frustrating and confusing process of buying and selling houses, and also at times of deciding whether a relocation was God's idea or just a weird whim of our own. Amazing that He should trouble himself with such mundane things. But also amazing to see the ways He works through the neighbors we meet based on where we pitch our tent. "Who are the people in your neighborhood?" they used to ask on Sesame Street. Even in our online world, physical proximity has an impact.
Hmmm. So this is your house-hunting advice for me. Interesting in that as I've related some of my recent stories, so many (non-religious) people have replied, "If it's meant to be, it will work out," which sounds like a variation on a theme.
